1. ADMISSION<\/h2>\n

L\u2019admission \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole de Musique de Cossonay (ci-dessous \u00ab\u00a0EMC\u00a0\u00bb) n\u2019est pas soumise \u00e0 un examen d\u2019entr\u00e9e. Une \u00e9valuation de niveau peut \u00eatre organis\u00e9e pour orienter un \u00e9l\u00e8ve dans la classe de solf\u00e8ge ad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n

<\/a>2. CALENDRIER<\/h2>\n

L\u2019enseignement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves subventionn\u00e9s (cours individuels et collectifs) est dispens\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode de 37 semaines. Les cours d’ensemble (ateliers) peuvent \u00eatre programm\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re plus souple.<\/p>\n

L\u2019enseignement aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves non-subventionn\u00e9s est dispens\u00e9 sur 36 semaines de cours au maximum.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sauf exception, l’enseignement d\u00e9bute une semaine apr\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e scolaire vaudoise.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aucun cours n\u2019est donn\u00e9 durant les p\u00e9riodes de vacances scolaires.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/a>3. LIEU D’ENSEIGNEMENT<\/h2>\n

Sauf exception d\u00fbment notifi\u00e9e par le professeur et valid\u00e9e par la direction, les cours ont lieu \u00e0 Cossonay, dans les locaux mis \u00e0 disposition par l’EMC.<\/p>\n

<\/a>4. NOUVELLE INSCRIPTION<\/h2>\n

L\u2019inscription se fait autant que possible au moyen du formulaire en ligne sur le site internet de l’\u00e9cole, en principe avant le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire. Dans la mesure des places disponibles, la direction peut admettre de nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e8ves en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e\u202f: en principe jusqu\u2019au 1er octobre pour le 1er semestre, et jusqu\u2019au 1er mars pour le deuxi\u00e8me semestre.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Une fois valid\u00e9 par les parties, le bulletin d\u2019inscription a valeur de contrat, et le pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement tient lieu de conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Les contractants s\u2019engagent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/a>5. RENOUVELLEMENT DE L\u2019INSCRIPTION<\/h2>\n

En l’absence de r\u00e9siliation, l\u2019inscription se renouvelle tacitement d’ann\u00e9e scolaire en ann\u00e9e scolaire.<\/p>\n

Au d\u00e9but de chaque ann\u00e9e scolaire, l’admission aux cours peut \u00eatre suspendue si les \u00e9colages des exercices pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents n’ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gl\u00e9s en totalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

<\/a>6. R\u00c9SILIATION<\/h2>\n

Toute r\u00e9siliation doit parvenir par \u00e9crit \u00e0 la direction et aux professeurs concern\u00e9s avant le 31 mai pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire suivante.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Pour toute r\u00e9siliation parvenue \u00e0 la direction d\u00e8s le 1er juin, une taxe administrative de CHF 200.- par \u00e9l\u00e8ve est appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e scolaire commen\u00e7ant officiellement le 1er ao\u00fbt, l\u2019\u00e9colage annuel est int\u00e9gralement d\u00fb \u00e0 partir de cette date.<\/p>\n

Une r\u00e9siliation en cours d\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire ne donne en principe droit \u00e0 aucun remboursement d\u2019\u00e9colage.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

La direction statue sur les cas de force majeure.<\/p>\n

<\/a>7. CHOIX DU PROFESSEUR<\/h2>\n

Pour les cours individuels, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve qui souhaite choisir son professeur doit l\u2019indiquer sur le bulletin d\u2019inscription. Dans la mesure du possible, son choix est pris en consid\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

L\u2019attribution du professeur est de la responsabilit\u00e9 exclusive de la direction ; elle est valable, sauf cas exceptionnel, jusqu\u2019au terme de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire.<\/p>\n

<\/a>8. \u00c9COLAGES & FACTURATION<\/h2>\n

Le montant de l\u2019\u00e9colage est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 pour l’ann\u00e9e scolaire enti\u00e8re. En principe, une facture annuelle est \u00e9tablie avant le 15 septembre, et adress\u00e9e par courrier \u00e9lectronique ou sur demande par courrier postal. En cas d\u2019absence ponctuelle de l’\u00e9l\u00e8ve, le cours manqu\u00e9 n\u2019est ni remplac\u00e9 ni rembours\u00e9. Si la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019emp\u00eachement s\u2019\u00e9tend sur au moins deux cours cons\u00e9cutifs, les cours seront rembours\u00e9s ou remplac\u00e9s sur pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un certificat m\u00e9dical jusqu’\u00e0 un maximum de 5 cours par semestre.<\/p>\n

La direction peut exclure un \u00e9l\u00e8ve qui, par son comportement, porte gravement pr\u00e9judice au bon d\u00e9roulement des cours.<\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment aux directives de la Fondation pour l\u2019Enseignement de la Musique (FEM), des examens sont organis\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

La r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019examen (en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, tous les trois ans (cf. plan d\u2019\u00e9tudes)) est requise pour passer d\u2019un niveau d\u2019enseignement au suivant.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

L\u2019obtention du Certificat FEM de solf\u00e8ge est un pr\u00e9requis obligatoire pour se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve du Certificat FEM de fin d\u2019\u00e9tudes non professionnelles.\u00a0<\/p>\n
